Socks and Mittens Drive

The 2011 Socks and Mittens Drive is Underway!

With the changing of the leaves and our first snow storms, the season for supporting the Socks and Mittens drive is upon us.  The drive runs for the month of November and we are planning to pick up the boxes the week of December 5th.

If your group or organization would like to get involved, we ill provide you with a collection bin. The drive accepts donations of socks, mittens, hats, scarves and other essential winter items. Please remember that all donations should be new.

For more information about getting involved, or droping off a donation at a collection site, please contact Mary Jarchow at 303-444-4013.

Thank you for supporting Foothills United Way and our Socks and Mittens drive.  It is because of your commitment that we are able to pass on warm winter staples like Socks and Mittens to our partnering nonprofit agencies. The men, women and children who receive these are able to keep themselves warmer and healthier all winter long.
