Foothills United Way Releases Holiday Volunteer and Donation Guide
With the giving season approaching, Foothills United Way has released its 2016 Holiday Volunteer and Donation Guide featuring giving ideas in Boulder and Broomfield counties. The organization drives change in the community by investing in collaborative solutions where expert organizations, local nonprofits, government agencies, faith communities and businesses link assets to make measurable progress.
“Our Volunteer Connection and annual Volunteer and Donation Guide takes our mission one step further,” explained Julie Phillips, Community Resilience Director at Foothills United Way, “By connecting residents with organizations, we are enabling the entire community to work together towards common goals.”
The guide features a variety of volunteer opportunities, donation ideas, and adopt-a-family/sponsor programs across 45 agencies in Boulder and Broomfield counties. Foothills United Way encourages all residents to utilize the 2016 Volunteer and Donation Guide in making informed decisions about their holiday giving plans.
