The 20th Annual Day of Caring event was a huge success this year! A whopping 952 volunteers dedicated the morning helping at 41 different agencies within Boulder and Broomfield counties. Volunteers joined from 29 companies, as well as unaffiliated individuals and groups. Day of Caring is Boulder and Broomfield counties' largest single day of service and makes a powerful difference to our community and our most vulnerable neighbors!
Last year's Day of Caring was cancelled due to the historic flooding in Boulder County. Since then, Volunteer Connection has been connecting people with flood recovery volunteer efforts throughout the affected areas.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to all Day of Caring participants and those who have selflessly served to rebuild our community since the disaster.
